does non update time zone

I have been using this for several months without bug until I moved to a different time zone and I can't figure out how to modify it. I will try deleting and reinstalling.

Trouble

I really similar this app but for some reason the clock stops telling you the time. I have tried everything I know to exercise and it nonetheless doesn't work. Any suggestions?????
